Choose your style, size, and color, then add to cart and checkout securely. Most items are printed on demand especially for you.
We start production quickly. If you need a change, email info@goldenerystore.com
within 2 hours of ordering with the subject “Order Change” and your order number. After production begins, changes/cancellations may not be possible.
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update after dispatch.
Check with neighbors and your building/door staff first. If it’s still missing, email info@goldenerystore.com within 30 days of the delivery date. We may ask for a non-receipt declaration and will investigate with the carrier.
Sometimes orders ship in separate packages (different facilities, faster delivery). You won’t be charged extra shipping for split shipments.
For wholesale or collaborations, drop us a note at info@goldenerystore.com with “Wholesale” in the subject.
Shipping & Delivery
Yes. We produce and ship globally via our print partner network to reach you faster and reduce transport miles.
After production (usually a few business days):
- Europe: 3–8 business days
- North America: 5–10 business days
- Rest of world: 7–15 business days
These are estimates; carriers and customs can affect timelines.
Calculated at checkout. It’s the first-item price + a smaller fee per additional item.
Depending on your country, import fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.
If tracking hasn’t updated for 7 calendar days, email info@goldenerystore.com and we’ll look into it.
Returns, Replacements & Refunds
- Personalised items: final sale (no returns).
- Non-personalised items delivered into the EU/UK: you may withdraw within 14 days of delivery if items are unused, in original packaging, and resaleable.
- Customer pays return shipping. Request approval before sending anything back.

Email info@goldenerystore.com within 30 days of delivery with: order number, description, and clear photos (close-up of the issue, full item, packaging + shipping label). Once verified, we’ll replace or refund the affected item(s) at no extra cost.
Email us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. After carrier investigation/confirmation, we’ll replace your order.
Please don’t send anything back without written approval. We’ll provide the correct return address (it may differ by region) after your request is approved.
We process refunds within 14 days of receiving returned goods or valid proof of postage (EU rule), or within 10 business days after approval for non-return cases. Your bank may need extra time to post funds.
Products, Sizing & Personalisation
Yes—most pieces are printed on demand, which helps us avoid overproduction and lets us focus on quality.
Check the Size Guide on each product page. If you’re between sizes, we generally suggest sizing up for a relaxed fit.
Select products support personalisation (look for the custom fields on the product page). Personalised items are final sale.
Small variations can occur across production facilities and fabrics. We keep these within quality tolerances—and if something looks off, we’ll fix it.
Turn inside-out, cold wash, gentle cycle. Avoid bleach. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not iron directly on prints.
Payments & Security
Major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay/Google Pay, and other local methods available via Shopify Payments (options may vary by country).
Yes. Our store runs on Shopify’s PCI-compliant infrastructure. We never store full card details.
